Ingredients:
750g of SSP white shrimp (large size)
15g of cooking wine
2g of salt
10g of white vinegar
15g of white sugar
60g of oil
25g of pieces of green onion
5g of onion threads
5g of ginger threads
75g of concentrated broth
Directions:
Step 1
Begin by finely chopping the onions and ginger.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil.
Step 3
Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté, breaking the heads to release the shrimp juices. Continue sautéing until both sides of the shrimp change color.
Step 4
Add the chopped onions and ginger to the skillet and continue sautéing. Then, sequentially add the cooking wine, salt, white vinegar, sugar, and broth. Cook over medium heat until the sauce reduces and thickens.
Step 5
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and place them on a plate. Sprinkle the shrimp with pieces of green onion before serving.
